Professional ECU software calibration delivered remotely worldwide. Every file written from scratch using factory data — no generic maps, no guesswork.
Your engine and gearbox leave the factory deliberately restricted — the same ECU file runs in markets with lower-grade fuel, stricter emissions rules, or smaller engine quotas. Remapping removes those limits and calibrates the software for your actual vehicle and driving conditions.
We rewrite boost pressure, fuel injection timing, ignition advance, lambda targets and throttle maps. Stage 1 works on a stock engine via OBD; Stage 2 targets modified hardware (intake, intercooler, downpipe) for higher gains. Typical results: +20–40% power, +15–30% torque.
The TCU controls shift points, torque limits, clutch engagement pressure and launch control. A TCU remap adapts these parameters to match the engine's new output, eliminating torque-cut during shifts, raising RPM limits and sharpening throttle response. Compatible with ZF, DSG, Aisin and most OEM automatic and dual-clutch gearboxes.
Not every driver wants maximum power. Our economy calibration adjusts injection quantities, rail pressure and turbo boost for reduced fuel consumption — typically 8–15% less at highway speeds — while preserving full reliability and smooth daily drivability.
Modern diesel emissions hardware — EGR valves, DPF filters and AdBlue/SCR systems — are among the most common causes of engine faults, costly limp modes, and premature wear. When these components fail or become clogged, a software solution prevents further damage and eliminates recurring fault codes.
The EGR valve recirculates burnt exhaust gases back into the intake manifold, gradually building up carbon deposits that restrict airflow and reduce efficiency. When the valve sticks, leaks or triggers continuous fault codes, we disable its software control maps — preventing intake clogging, lowering intake temperatures and eliminating EGR-related DTCs permanently.
A blocked DPF causes reduced power, increased fuel consumption, forced regeneration cycles and ultimately expensive replacement. Our DPF software solution completely disables the filter's regeneration logic, pressure-differential monitoring and associated DTCs within the ECU file, eliminating all warning lights and limp-mode triggers without affecting other engine protection systems.
The AdBlue (DEF/SCR/Urea) system injects a urea solution into the exhaust to reduce NOx, but when the pump, injector, level sensor or NOx sensor fails, the vehicle enters a countdown-to-no-start sequence. We disable SCR dosing logic, level monitoring, CAN communication with the AdBlue DCU module and all related fault codes — P20E8, P204F, P207F and others — stopping the countdown and preventing torque limitation.
Beyond performance tuning, modern ECUs control dozens of sensors, limiters and diagnostic routines that can trigger fault codes after hardware modifications or sensor failures. We offer individual software solutions for every system — delivered as a single modified file for your exact ECU.
When sensors are removed, bypassed or replaced with non-OEM units after a hardware modification, the ECU raises fault codes and often enters limp mode. We write individual corrections for MAF/MAP sensors, oxygen/lambda probes, NOx sensors, temperature sensors and others — either recalibrating the expected signal range or cleanly disabling the monitoring routine.
Persistent dashboard warning lights caused by deleted or modified systems are addressed at the software level. We locate the diagnostic routine that triggers each fault code inside the ECU binary and neutralise it — without disabling unrelated protection logic. Every code is handled individually for a clean, warning-free result.
Factory speed limiters (commonly 250 km/h on European vehicles) and conservative rev limits are soft-coded in the ECU. We raise or remove these restrictions where supported — whether for track use, testing, or export vehicles. Combined with a performance tune for full drivetrain optimisation.
Intake flap (swirl valve) removal, throttle valve actuator (TVA) corrections, catalyst efficiency monitoring bypass, secondary air injection delete, and more. Each solution is built from the original ECU binary for your specific hardware and software version — never from a generic template.
Tell us your vehicle make, model, year, engine code and what you need. WhatsApp, Telegram or email — we respond fast.
Using your OBD tool or a local workshop, the original ECU binary is read and sent to us securely. We support KESS3, Autotuner, CMD, Dimsport and all major interfaces.
Our engineers write your file from the original binary. Every modification is validated against checksums and safety tables before delivery.
The completed file is delivered by email within 1–2 hours for standard tunes. Custom projects may take up to 48 hours. Write, test, done.
